Hack-free as a target, not a slogan we have timed
Emergency Cleanup is $499 once. The target is to start within hours and to finish a straightforward WordPress cleanup within a day. We will not publish a median time until we have real jobs to measure.
- Plain-English incident report: how they got in, what we found, what we changed.
- Hardening during the job: updates, salts, passwords you set, and file permissions we can reach.
- A walkthrough for the Google warning, which Google removes on their own schedule.
- First month of Protection included after the cleanup.
- Re-scans at day 1, 7, and 30.
If the same infection returns within 30 days, we clean it again. If we cannot clean it, you get a refund of the $499. You confirm you own the site before we log in. A new compromise after a nulled plugin or ignored updates is not the same infection.
If your site turns out to be a bigger job
$499 covers a standard cleanup of one site, and most hacked sites are standard. Some are not: a very large or badly damaged database, a busy WooCommerce store, WordPress multisite, several sites on one hosting account, heavy custom code, or anything we expect to take more than 5 hours of hands-on work.
If we find that after we look inside, we stop before doing the extra work and email you a written estimate. Your $499 counts toward it, and extra time is $125 USD an hour. You choose:
- Approve it and we keep going.
- Decline it and you get a full refund of the $499.
We never charge more than $499 without your written approval. If the job would run past the estimate you approved, we stop and ask again first.
